Our prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, in case you have any pending order placed on your cart and didn't process the payment by the time there's a price change, Tabor allows you to either continue your order with the updated price or cancel it.
Estimated times for processing any order, usually takes 3 labor days, while Tabor provides shipment of its orders through CTT Express postal or DHL services.
To obtain an estimate of the total time until an order is received, you should take notice of the following formula (valid upon confirmation of payment):
Total Time for Delivery = Availability of products* + Shipping
*Availability of products: time frame in which all products are available for shipping. In an order of two or more products, with different availability, you should always consider the greater value presented.
Shipping costs vary from country to country and according to the order total weight. To know the total price of shipping of your order, you should add the desired products to your cart and then proceed to checkout where you will be presented with the total cost of your order, including shipping costs.
Calm down... To track an ongoing order shipment, you can go to your personal customer area on the site store after you login, where you can verify the status of your order or ask to be notified of its current status.

Our products are covered under a limited warranty against manufacturing defects* only.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper installation or maintenance (lack of lubrication, proper hydration of leather parts, extended unattended exposure to severe climate, weather conditions like snow, salted spayed roads, rain, exposure to direct sunlight...), or installation of parts or accessories not originally designed or certified by Tabor.
The warranty period applies from the date of purchase and is valid for 2 years. The liability of Tabor is limited to the cost of repair and/or replacement of the product under warranty with an equal model or a superior one, should yours be discontinued or unavailable. The warranty is also voided if unauthorized persons carry out any alterations and/or repairs in any of our products.
After the reception of your order, there is a 14 days policy of returns, should you feel that the product is subject to a warranty claim. After this period, Tabor reserves the right to not accept any complaint/return.
* "Manufacturing defects" are those that compromise the normal usage of Tabor products. Because of the manufacturing character and artisanship of our products, such elements as minor leather imperfections, small indentations, slight color variations or small points of color distinctive of the main product color are excluded and not covered by warranty as these are considered normal artifacts that result from our leather being natural tanned and dyed, and also from the fact that the leather is a natural product, unique and distinctive, with slight imperfections that make it very appealing.
