• IS IT SAFE TO BUY FROM YOUR WEBSITE?

  Of course! Tabor guarantees that any payment made through its website is 100% secure. For that purpose, we process all payments by PayPal gateway, where money or credit card orders are made through a secure, encrypted server.

• WHAT IS YOUR PRICE POLICY?

  Our prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, in case you have any pending order placed on your cart and didn't process the payment by the time there's a price change, Tabor allows you to either continue your order with the updated price or cancel it.

• HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?

  Estimated times for processing any order, usually takes 3 labor days, while Tabor provides shipment of its orders through CTT Express postal or DHL services.

  To obtain an estimate of the total time until an order is received, you should take notice of the following formula (valid upon confirmation of payment):

  Total Time for Delivery = Availability of products* + Shipping

  For instance, an order paid by credit card (immediate payment = 0 days), composed by two distinct products with a stock availability of 72 hours (3 labor days) and shipping to Finland (Transit time = 1 labor day), implies that your order will be delivered within 4 labor days (0+3+1).

  
  

  Tabor will make every possible effort to comply with estimated delivery times, but should any delay occur, we will promptly notify you of the delay and if wished, you can cancel your order.

  *Availability of products: time frame in which all products are available for shipping. In an order of two or more products, with different availability, you should always consider the greater value presented.

• HOW MUCH WILL I BE CHARGED FOR SHIPPING MY ORDER TO MY COUNTRY?

  Shipping costs vary from country to country and according to the order total weight. To know the total price of shipping of your order, you should add the desired products to your cart and then proceed to checkout where you will be presented with the total cost of your order, including shipping costs.

• WHERE'S MY ORDER?!

  Calm down... To track an ongoing order shipment, you can go to your personal customer area on the site store after you login, where you can verify the status of your order or ask to be notified of its current status. 

  DHLand CTT Express also supplies a tracking number so no parcel gets lost!

• WILL TABOR MAKE A DISCOUNT ON MY ORDER?

  Of course! On our website there will be, from time to time, several promotional campaigns, available as percentage discounts over regular sale prices, which can be seen in several pages, namely product detail pages, highlighted site areas as well as search results pages.

  You should also keep an eye out on our Facebook page and Twitter account where timed promotions can appear (Giveaways, contests, auctions and so on...).

• WHAT'S THE MEANING OF “TABOR NEWSLETTER”?

  Our Newsletter refers to promotional e-mailings containing relevant information, sent directly from our servers to the email address you've provided at the time you registered on our website. We will keep all your information confidential and will not give it to other companies/site.
  

• WARRANTY

  Our products are covered under a limited warranty against manufacturing defects* only.

  The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper installation or maintenance (lack of lubrication, proper hydration of leather parts, extended unattended exposure to severe climate, weather conditions like snow, salted spayed roads, rain, exposure to direct sunlight...), or installation of parts or accessories not originally designed or certified by Tabor.

  The warranty period applies from the date of purchase and is valid for 2 years. The liability of Tabor is limited to the cost of repair and/or replacement of the product under warranty with an equal model or a superior one, should yours be discontinued or unavailable. The warranty is also voided if unauthorized persons carry out any alterations and/or repairs in any of our products.
  
  After the reception of your order, there is a 14 days policy of returns, should you feel that the product is subject to a warranty claim. After this period, Tabor reserves the right to not accept any complaint/return.
  
  * "Manufacturing defects" are those that compromise the normal usage of Tabor products. Because of the manufacturing character and artisanship of our products, such elements as minor leather imperfections, small indentations, slight color variations or small points of color distinctive of the main product color are excluded and not covered by warranty as these are considered normal artifacts that result from our leather being natural tanned and dyed, and also from the fact that the leather is a natural product, unique and distinctive, with slight imperfections that make it very appealing.

• COMPLAINTS, APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT COURTS

  The applicable law to any contractual dispute, is restricted to the Portuguese law and shall be resolved by Portuguese Court's, namely Águeda Judicial Court.
  
  However, the ODR -  Online Dispute Resolution website is also available as a means of dispute resolution, which is an official website managed by the European Commission dedicated to helping consumers and traders resolve their disputes out-of-court.

• DISCLAIMER AND INTRINSIC CHARACTERISTICS OF TABOR PRODUCTS

  All photos of our products are merely representative and while we intend to provide the closest match to the final product, colour variations may occur, either due to monitor calibration in which you are viewing the website or to the nature of the vegetable tanned leather, that due to its eco-sustainability process, provides a somewhat inconsistent coloring of the leather. 

  
  

  Please remember that this is a natural product, made from natural leather so minor imperfections (stains, small indents or minor scratches) may appear from saddle to saddle, accessory to accessory as well as some minor discoloration is to be expected over time. 

  
  

  These is not considered defects but rather a quality/specification of the premium cow skins that we use in our products.

  
  

  There's also a possibility, due to constant research and development that the images presented in our website may not match in terms of texture or some accessories to the final product. 

  We do our best to keep them up to date, but some differences can occur. We do not produce streamlined products, but rather hand-manufactured them, so there's always something different going on from saddle to saddle, accessory to accessory...
